Abu Dhabi is moving forward with plans to build a low‑density, eco‑friendly smart city spanning 10 million square meters, designed to blend sustainable living, health and wellness facilities, and equestrian activities.

The project, developed by Wujod Real Estate Development in partnership with Bildco, will feature residential clusters, innovation hubs, open natural spaces, and modern infrastructure. It also aims to support the health, wellness, tourism, and innovation sectors while aligning with the emirate’s economic diversification and sustainability goals.

“Our ambition is to develop a leading global destination that sets a new standard for residential excellence,” said Issa Ataya, founder and CEO of Wujod. The development will include green spaces, golf and equestrian experiences, and integrated lifestyle amenities.
