Jazan Preps for New School Year as Schools Complete Final Preparations

Jazan Municipality has launched a series of community and field initiatives ahead of the new academic year, set to begin next week.

The efforts include distributing more than 50,000 gifts to students across the city, along with the installation of over 500 “Welcome back” signs at various locations throughout Jazan. A robust social media campaign will also run across municipal and school accounts to mark the start of the term.

To ease congestion as the school year begins, authorities have devised a traffic management plan covering the areas around 257 schools. Meanwhile, intensive cleaning operations are already underway at roughly 1,360 schools and their surrounding areas, aimed at ensuring a clean and healthy environment for students, teachers, and staff alike.
