RIYADH — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has delivered millions of liters of clean water to communities across Yemen, sustaining critical access to safe hydration and sanitation in regions heavily affected by conflict and displacement.

Between October 29 and November 4, the agency provided more than 13.9 million liters of water for general use, alongside 907,000 liters of drinking water, to the Hajjah governorate. KSrelief also completed 62 waste removal trips in displacement camps, helping to reduce health risks and improve living conditions for vulnerable families.

In the Saada governorate, an additional 98,800 liters of drinking water and 70,000 liters of general-use water were distributed, directly benefiting 30,100 individuals.

These ongoing efforts are part of KSrelief’s sustained commitment to addressing Yemen’s severe water crisis, which has been exacerbated by years of instability and damaged infrastructure. By ensuring reliable access to clean water and supporting sanitation services, the initiative plays a vital role in preventing waterborne diseases and promoting public health in some of Yemen’s most affected communities.
