In the Fifth Edition of the Dubai Guide, Orfali Bros Receives Two Michelin Stars

DUBAI: At the presentation of the fifth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai on Tuesday, Orfali Bros., a restaurant owned by three Syrian brothers from Aleppo, received two Michelin stars. For a restaurant that earned its first star in 2024, the award signified a rise in the rankings.

Chef Mohammed Orfali stated, “So much fight and so much love,” as he accepted the award at the Atlantis The Royal celebration. We are currently experiencing a flashback to our founding in 2021. I’d like to cry. What a moment for us, what an accomplishment.

He dedicated the honour to his parents, brothers, team, and the community at large. “Thank you, Dubai,” he said, expressing gratitude for the city. “I really want to give this award to young Arab chefs in the world, especially this year,” he continued.

In addition to thanking his wife, Orfali mentioned that 2025 had not been an easy year. In addition to getting married, he and his brothers opened Three Bros., a restaurant that was added to the Michelin Bib Gourmand list on Tuesday nite. This prestigious award honours establishments that provide excellent food at reasonable prices.

Birch and Kigo received their first Michelin stars. Twelve other businesses, including 11 Woodfire, Al-Muntaha, Avatara, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Hakkasan Dubai, Hoseki, Jamavar, Manao, Moonrise, Ossiano, Smoked Room, and Tasca by Jose Avillez, have maintained their single-star rating.

Michelin added Middle Child, S.E.A. Bistrot, and Yubi Dubai to its Bib Gourmand list in addition to Three Bros.
