On June 21, 2026, the Royal Arab Excellence Award ceremony was held in the creative capital of India, the legendary city of Mumbai, where famous representatives of the film industry, show business, media and politics attended as guests of honor.

Dr. Purushottam, a well-known businessman, social entrepreneur, philanthropist, and spiritual visionary from Bangalore, became one of the honored guests of this amazing event.

Dr. Purushottam, a recipient of the Ruby Star Award of the World Peacekeeper Alliance, is also an advisor to the Russian Section of the International Police Association (IPA).

The International Police Association is a friendship organisation for members of the police force, whether in employment or retired, and without distinction as to rank, position, gender, race, language or religion. They have around 380,000 members in nearly 100 countries, of which 68 are affiliated National Sections, and we are represented on 6 continents.

The motto of organization is ‘Servo per Amikeco’ – Service Through Friendship’.
IPA is a non-governmental organisation, and their aims are to create and strengthen bonds of friendship between members of the police service, promote international cooperation in social, cultural and professional fields, encourage peaceful co-existence between peoples and preservation of world peace, improve the public image of the police service and enhance recognition of the IPA by international bodies.

The IPA is committed to the principles as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as adopted by the United Nations in 1948, and is in Consultative (Special) Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, and also is in Consultative Status with the Organization of American States and UNESCO.

As an honorary guest, Dr. Purushottam will attend the IPA Friendship Week in Sri Lanka, which will be held from October 25 to 31, 2026. Friendship Week is held after the 69th IPA World Congress in 2026.

Dr. Purushottam also became a strategic partner of the international project “Grand Bharat – Global Symphony of Peace”, which will be held on September 21, 2026 at the International Center for Meditation “Heartfulness” in the state of Telegana.

Of course, modern society today needs new creative approaches and bold solutions in order to overcome crisis thinking and red beacons of civilization like Dr. Purushottam show the Way to Harmony through the dialogue of civilizations.
