LONDON — The Saudi Embassy in the UK has urged Saudi nationals in London to exercise caution and avoid gatherings this weekend, citing planned demonstrations across the British capital.

The embassy said protests are expected Saturday in several areas of London. It advised citizens to follow local authorities’ instructions and stay away from demonstration sites for their safety. An emergency contact number (+44779 951 9495) has been provided for those needing assistance.

The demonstrations are linked to Nakba Day commemorations, marking the displacement of Palestinians in 1948.
