Cultural Festival Draws Visitors to Madinah with Unique Experiences and Events

MADINAH — The 14th edition of the International Cultural Festival, organized by the Islamic University of Madinah, drew broad international participation this week, with senior officials, ambassadors, and country representatives attending the event.

Guests toured pavilions from more than 90 participating countries and watched cultural performances presented by university students. The shows reflected the diversity of their nations’ heritage, creating a scene of cultural exchange among peoples from around the world.

Ambassadors and country representatives expressed admiration for the festival’s organization, noting how it brought diverse cultures together in one place. They praised the university’s role in promoting cultural and human connection, as well as the festival’s rich program, which includes more than 400 activities and dedicated spaces for families and children.

Madinah, renowned for its spiritual significance as the home of the Prophet’s Mosque, continues to serve as a central hub for culture and Islamic history. The festival runs through the week, with events scheduled daily.
