KSrelief Strengthens Global Relief Work in Gaza, Yemen, and Mali
RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s aid agency, KSrelief, continues to deliver vital assistance to vulnerable communities across the globe, with recent operations spanning Gaza, Yemen, and Mali.
In central and southern Gaza, the agency distributed 23,880 hot meals to Palestinians in need.
In Yemen, KSrelief provided 200 tents and 300 shelter kits to people affected by floods and winds in Marib governorate. In Aden governorate, the agency handed out 1,780 cartons of dates, benefiting 10,680 displaced persons and people with disabilities.
In Mali, KSrelief distributed 200 food baskets to widows, individuals with disabilities, and others in need in Timbuktu, reaching 1,200 people.
The agency also delivered 25 tonnes of dates as a gift from Saudi Arabia to Turkmenistan. Saudi Ambassador to Turkmenistan Amer Al-Shehri handed over the shipment in Ashgabat.
Since its founding in 2015, KSrelief has implemented 4,219 projects across 113 countries, spending more than $8.3 billion on food security, health, education, water and sanitation, shelter, and early recovery efforts.
