Film Producer Eram Faridi Expands Her Creative Journey from Dubai
Dubai: Indian film producer and entrepreneur Eram Faridi is steadily building her presence in the global entertainment and business landscape. Now based in Dubai, Faridi continues to expand her professional journey while collaborating on international projects and strategic ventures.
Born on August 10, 1988, in Kanpur, Faridi grew up in a family that valued dedication and resilience. Her father, Late Aftab Faridi, was a dress designer, while her mother, Late Sultana Parveen, served as a staff nurse. Their work ethic played a significant role in shaping her ambition and determination.
Faridi completed her schooling at Kumari Udyan Vidyalaya in Kanpur before pursuing higher education in commerce. She later earned a postgraduate degree from AND College, equipping herself with strong business and management knowledge that would support her entry into the entertainment industry.
She later stepped into film production and founded Erams Entertainment, a production platform focused on film and media initiatives. Faridi gained recognition for producing the film Meet Mr. Chang, which marked an important milestone in her career in cinema.
As her career evolved, Faridi expanded her professional activities beyond film production. Currently based in Dubai, she is also involved in business development and strategic partnerships. She is associated as a project partner with Karmayogi Consultancy, contributing to collaborative initiatives and business projects in the region.
Over the years, Faridi has received numerous recognitions for her work in film production, entrepreneurship, and social initiatives. Her accolades include the International Iconic Award, MID-DAY Iconic Bollywood Producer Award presented by the Governor of Maharashtra, India Excellence Award for Young Entrepreneur, and the FoxClues 100 Women Icon Award. She has also been honored with the Global Fame Award, Shakti Ratna Puraskar, and Tycoon Magazine’s Best Producer Award.
In addition to her achievements in entertainment, Faridi has been recognized for her contributions to social work, receiving an honorary Nelson Mandela Doctorate Degree in Film Production and Social Work.
